TODAYS MARKET TURMOIL
I have been in real estate in the Kirkland area for over 3 decades. Over the years there has never been anything like what we face today. Everyone knows today's real estate market has played havoc with when to buy and when to sell. When the economy was booming it seemed like everyone was opening an office trying to make a quick buck. So when the economy tanked it was not surprising to see so many of these new offices go out of business. Obviously I am not an economist so I do not know when our economy will recover. What I do know is that real estate follows a cycle. And based on my years in the industry I think we are near the bottom of this cycle, and we should see a steady return to the normalcy of the early 2000's.
