Dear Jim,
We have settled into our first home and want to thank you for all of your help to get us here. We were very nervous when we first started house hunting since we didn't know anything about buying a home or even what kind of home we wanted. It could have been very stressful, but you were so patient and made many great suggestions. With your help, we knew the right house when we saw it.
Even though we have lived in the Seattle area our whole lives, we especially appreciate that you took us on neighborhood tours to get us familiar with areas we didn't previously know about. We were surprised and pleased to find out about new areas of the City and are enjoying settling in to our new home AND new neighborhood.
Thank you also for taking the time to show our parents the new house as well. That helped to reassure our family that we were making a good decision.

I cannot recommend Jim as your agent unless you are serious about listing or buying a new home. In the past I had worked with an agent for over nine months without getting any offers. When I hired Jim my home sold within a few months. Jim is a straight shooter, and if you want solid honest answers for common questions of: what is my home worth, how the market is, and what will it take to sell my home, he is your man. He is always pro-active on getting feedback from agents and prospective buyers to help determine what is necessary to get your home sold.
Jim was extremely patient in helping me find my new home and has an excellent grasp once you have told him the type of home you wish to purchase. I had numerous homes to look at based on my broad price range and large target area. Once I started to narrow down my parameters for a new home, providing Jim with specific features I could not live without, we began to narrow down the choice to a select few. More importantly at this point Jim knew exactly the type of home I wanted but would not show me a home(s) simply to help close the sale. If he felt a home was close but lacked an item or two which I flagged as high-priority item, he would not waste my time showing me the house.
I can honestly say that Jim treated me as though I was his only customer. There was never a time Jim failed to return my calls, answer any e-mails or state any issues that surfaced during the selling and purchasing of my new home in a timely manner. I was a bit concerned to list and buy from an agent who wasn't with something of a "Big Box Company" (Century 21, Coldwell Banker etc.) but this was never an issue in any way, shape, or form.
I have purchased and sold several homes and can say without any reservations that Jim is a professional, friendly, and nose to the grindstone type of guy. He will get you results where others don't even come close. You will not regret hiring him as your agent to either list or purchase a home.

I have no hesitation in recommending Jim Pankiewicz as a Real Estate Agent.
I found his broad experience and his range of skills indispensable in our recent purchase of our first real estate investment property.

I have worked with Jim Pankiewicz in two capacities. First, he assisted me in selling my home. Later he assisted me in locating and purchasing a new home.
Before I came in contact with Jim I had listed with another agency for three months and had tried to sell the house myself for another two moths.
